7–12 business days for custom designs, counted from the moment we have confirmed artwork and the sample deposit. In-stock samples ship in about 3–5 business days.

Yes, samples are billed at sample price. The sample fee is then credited toward your first bulk order, so once you proceed the sample effectively costs you nothing.

15–25 business days after the deposit and your approved sample. Larger or more complex orders take longer — we always give you a specific date on the proforma invoice rather than a vague range.

Most first orders go by express courier — roughly 3–7 business days to North America and Europe once dispatched. Sea freight can be arranged for larger shipments. Shipping terms are stated on your quotation.
